This home is near and dear to our hearts here at Sims Luxury Builders. As mentioned in last month’s post “The Making of a Wine Room Addition,” we built this beautiful custom home for a family in Sugar Land 15 years ago. When a new family purchased this home last year, they signed us on to complete a whole-house renovation, complete with three new additions: an expanded garage, a second floor outdoor living area, and a wine room.
It is now a brand new home for this wonderful family, and we are thrilled to have been a part of its rebirth.
